How Greypony stores, retains, and lets you control your image vault and analytics.
What we store
Original and watermarked media you upload, vault metadata, signed attestations, consent ledger events, distribution records (platform, visibility, destination URL), and analytics events (views, downloads, link copies). We do not train models on your content.
Where it lives
Assets are stored in isolated Supabase Storage buckets per workspace. Share links use opaque slugs — no public directory of your vault.
Retention by plan
Analytics retention follows your tier: 30 days (Basic), 90 days (Core), 365 days (Sovereign API). Share link TTL follows plan limits; Core and Sovereign API support permanent links.
Your controls
Delete assets from your vault, revoke API keys, rotate credentials after copy, and cancel subscriptions through the billing portal at any time.
